A utility company hit our sewer line and caused damage to our property when the water backflowed into our house. Carl came out and sanitized the place, referred us to a great plumber who was there after hours the night of the problem, and did great work along the way. Having dealt with water damage before, you need someone who has good communication and talks directly to your insurance company to make sure you’re not having to be the middleman negotiating the bottom line. Highly recommend.

Carl and Rachel came out right away to assess damage from a water leak in the basement. They were both polite and professional. Before we even talked about cost and contracts, Rachel got busy vacuuming up the standing water and water in the carpet. Their estimate was professional and thorough. They gladly answered all my questions and sent me the photos they took of the water in the walls, etc.
I had another restoration company come out (they had worked on water damage at our business). The estimates were comparable. In the end, i didn’t hire either restoration company because a friend who is a general contractor offered to repair the damage for significantly less- because he’s a friend.
That being said, i would have hired Carl and Rachel if i didn’t have this friend. They deserve five stars for the way they handled the initial assessment.
